Fulfillment Policies for Untitled Movement Tank Purchases

Delivery policy: If an Untitled Movement Tank is purchased, goods are shipped by Owner from San Diego, CA. Customer should receive tank within 7 days from point of purchase, dependent on where customer is located within the United States.

Return policy: Once an Untitled Movement tank is purchased, we do not accept any returns.

Cancellation policy: To cancel your order of an Untitled Movement Tank before it has been processed, contact untitledmvmt@gmail.com and we will do our best to help cancel your order before it ships.

UM ON DEMAND Subscription

Your subscription begins upon payment receipt, lasting for the stated term (monthly) without refunds for mid-term cancellations. The subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. Untitled Movement reserves the right to terminate and suspend access for non-payment or material breaches, with termination possible with or without cause upon 30 days’ notice, ceasing future charges and ending subscription access. Automatic renewal occurs at each term’s end, with fees charged unless canceled beforehand. Providing payment details implies agreement to recurring charges, and fees may vary due to plan changes or taxes. Untitled Movement may adjust pricing, notifying you via email or Service updates. You consent to electronic communication for pricing changes, and failure to dispute billing discrepancies within 60 days waives your right to do so.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit, discontinue, or cancel any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Please also note, variations in style, color, size, shape, feel and look may occur based on the production and/or fabrics being offered.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an Order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the Order was made. The risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you from the carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
